Blueprints for Improving Houston’s Communities.

Collaborate Architects CEO Saul Valentin has learned many valuable lessons as an architecture and development professional, but perhaps most important is that community development is the oxygen that neighborhoods require to survive. Yet in Houston’s low-income communities, development has been scarce – leading to a dearth of opportunity, wealth, and education for many of its residents.
