Accurate Meter & Backflow Office and Warehouse

Collaborate was contracted by Accurate Meter & Backflow LLC to design their exciting new office and warehouse located in Katy, Texas. Collaborate coordinated and managed the team of consultants and will be completing a full set of construction documents. The site is just over 5 acres and the building will consist of 5,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of warehouse space. Collaborate will also be providing construction administrative services during the construction phase of the project.
