Jersey Village Medical Office Building and Retail Center

Collaborate provided architectural and engineering services for a new retail center and emergency care center located in Jersey Village. The project consisted of site improvements to 2.57 acres consisting of lots, a 18,000 sf single story retail shell building and a two story 10,000 sf emergency center with a drop-off pad. This project also included 2,500 sf of space for future expansions.
